I haven't deserted you all, I promise! Work is slightly crapola at the moment ... but I hope to catch up on all your posts over the weekend!!

On a side note ... have any of you tried the hazelnut drink by Alpro?  I'm just having it for the first time on my morning cereal and it is deeeelicious!! And only 58cals in 200mls!  Yum :)
