Day 10

Well there were lots of water problems around yesterday, weren't there?! Hope everyone is sorted now ... or at least on the way to being sorted!

Today is a double birthday in our house. Both my children were born today ... but they're not twins! There is three years between them and today they turn 13 and 10! One teen and one into double figures! In 8 years time they will turn 21 and 18 on the same day ... we'll have to plan a massive party for that one :)

Anyway, the word of the day has nothing to do with birthdays or celebration. The word today is

metallic

Here's mine! Freddie got a funky new guitar for his birthday ... it has metal(lic!) strings :)

    Oooh my first two have the same birthday a year apart and only 9 mins between birth times...typical.. You wait 6 years for one and then two cOme along in one year..lol..haPpy birthday to them..x

    Happy Birthday to your DCh xx Mine have 6yrs and 1 week exactly between them. They should have had same day but my consultant when he knew planned 2nd C section a week later and had me another week on bed rest in hospital!!

    Many Happy Returns to your brood!! My elder son arrived on my 36th Birthday (after ten years of waiting!) & my younger one was due on my husbands birthday, two years later, but as I needed a C-section arrived a week early! It's amazing how many people have similar stories to tell!! Great photo BTW!! :)

    thats brilliant having two birthdays on the same day - albeit an expensive time ! I had a customer who had 4 children and 3 of them had birthdays the same day - surprisingly it wasn't a guiness book of records record though. Happy birthday for yesterday to yours.

    Oh and on the subject of shared birthdays... my brother was born on my dad's birthday (in June as well, so Gemini!) and it worked out that they turned 18 and 50 on the same day. :)
